And back again

with 2 ER trips in between, which is what they told her to do if she got in acute pain, not to mention dizzy and falling and vomiting, so the first time we went to the private hospital since the public one didn’t do anything the last time so they did do an xray and ultrasound, besides not making her go through triage but getting her to a room right away – could be because we got a wheelchair this time? but still said they didn’t find anything but wrote her some more pain med prescription because thinking probably going to be a couple weeks before able to get into GI doc – didn’t go this time till midnight so no runs to the BBQ place this time – but, oh wait, that was from the other hospital anyway – there pretty much all the rest of the night though she didn’t realize that because they also gave her some iv dilaudin but late enough that we hit the update time again for the pharmacy so couldn’t get the pain meds filled so ended up making another run back into town the next day  – wonder if my poor little jeep’s gonna end up having to get another engine – 400 miles put on it this week – that’s 2 trips – well, almost – to mom and dad’s – but

still ended up going back again last night, back to the public one again this time, since the private one didn’t do anything last time – earlier but still there all the rest of the night – truly – even past the pharmacy update time but still not late enough for any of the non-24 hr. ones – did CT scan this time, which found the problem last time but not this time, but, again, prescribed more pain meds – except – this time pharmacy wouldn’t fill – except, as ER said – on primary, not ER, physician authorization – so called them, said to come in immediately – went – tactile exam again, causing flare-up of pain but no authorization for new pain meds in spite –

just waiting for procedure on Monday –

which, true enough, glad for, when found out not having to wait for appointment, just come out – and glad it’s so close – and schedule
