He did it!

Oldest son finally made to “school” – his tutoring session for the calculator for his math – I know, who needs a tutoring session for a calculator anymore, but he’s old enough that not only did they not “give” you calculators to take your tests with when he was in school but you were forbidden to have one – if you happened to be one of the lucky ones who even had one back in the day! So he didn’t know how to make it do what he needed to work the problems on his test, hence the tutoring session. Then to re-take the test while it was fresh and he made it. Now he can begin to see about actually getting into school next semester. I’m so glad he didn’t miss the chance. I think he must have turned his phone off in order to be able to actually get there; he didn’t call until after noon for his one pm session. Yay!

I'm a transplant, born up north but raised in the middle, now I'm down here where you don't see too many snowflakes; I'll probably post just about as often (here at least)
