What a Father’s Day!

I know, it was yesterday but too much so for I posted probably evidently way too long and lost it all so we’ll deal with today which was quite a day as well

called the eye doc got my mom in then called her to tell her and she’d woke up this morning with her eye all swollen up thinking like happened twice before only without the pain like last time but don’t want to happen like that again or won’t be able to have her surgery next month. had her in to eye doc today but she doesn’t want my dad taking her so thought got her into the local doc where dad almost had a wreck going even there; of course people in front didn’t signal their turn but dad was upset too then when got there the doc wouldn’t even see her; even worse than the other time when she didn’t get to see her doc but did get to see the one on call; he said she’d had too many surgeries for him to see her – huh!

Said he’d told her but what it was is when I tried to get her into see him before when it wasn’t an emergency to coordinate her with dad and both be local they said they wouldn’t but thought surely when she actually needed to see one he would but nope, guess not. Good thing her eye did go down which seems to indicate (to me at least) that it’s not infected but not to her; she just still complains about it watering which still says she needs to see the lid doc she can get into the day before her surgery so guess will try to firm that up – just hope we can get everything else worked out –

like son and wife (DIL)’s friends they got down here then kicked out so we’re putting them up in a motel. He found a 3BR brick house for the price of a 2BR apt. if he can just get in this week, week shy of end of the month. Guy’s supposed to call tonight or tomorrow – people been there 7 yrs. moving out but of course they have until the end of the month.

Like another situation with another friend who’s moved here who still has her stuff at her house and can’t afford to get it out but the people moving in want to get in; what is stuff anyway?

Is there any emergency housing for a family; why do all the single people get all the family housing; where are all the families supposed to live?

That’s all for now, folks, bye!
